From the heart of creativity that transforms an idea into a cultural product, a word into value, and identity into an industry —
the Ministry of Culture strives to establish a profound cultural transformation where spirit and thought meet market and economy.
On the fifth of November, we open the doors of the First National Conference on Cultural Industries, declaring that culture is no longer a luxury on a bookshelf,
but rather our capital — the foundation that uplifts societies intellectually and culturally.
Here, visions intersect and efforts unite, carrying forward a shared belief that what we create from identity and creativity
is what we export to the world as our most precious asset.
From the halls of our Ministry, we greet all attendees and participants — international and local institutions, experts, and creators,
policymakers, and bearers of vision and mission — in a journey that begins with registration but does not end with a schedule.
It continues toward a future we shape with full cultural awareness and national responsibility.
